How to delete your data

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in and go to Settings → Team.
2. Under Delete account, choose Delete account.
3. Type your team name and your password to confirm.

What happens:

• If you are the only owner of the team, the team is deleted with everything in it: brands, posts and images, plans, goals, results, connected accounts, AI keys and credits.
• If the team has another owner, only your own account is removed; the team stays with them.
• We first ask Meta to cancel our access to your Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• It happens right away and can't be undone. Copies in our backups are erased within 30 days.

Posts already published on Instagram or Facebook stay there; you can delete them in those apps.

Disconnect Instagram or Facebook only

Open the brand, go to Connections, and choose Disconnect. We delete our copy of the access token and stop posting to that account. Your brand and posts stay in the app.

Remove the app from Facebook

In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Social by Sklentr and remove it. Meta tells us, and we delete the connection and its token. Meta gives you a confirmation code; you can check the status at the link Meta shows.

Ask us by email

Email support@sklentr.com from the address on your account and tell us what to delete. We confirm within 30 days. This also works if you asked to join the pilot but never created an account.

What we keep

• A record of actions our staff took in the admin area (for example, credits added to your team), with the team name but no passwords, tokens or keys, so we stay accountable.
• Feedback you sent us, without your name or email; screenshots are deleted 90 days after the issue is closed.
• Information the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
